To get the soundtracks included as a pre-order bonus or as part of the Digital Premium Edition, you need to connect a compatible USB drive to your PlayStation. Then proceed to start the relevant soundtrack app and you will be prompted to download the soundtrack, which will be copied to a /MUSIC directory on the USB drive. Once the copying is finished, you can read it on any music player you are using.
