Log into Twitter from your browser, then go to Account Settings->Apps tab and then click the Revoke Access button for "LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII"

Re-enable: From the in-game configuration menu, go back to Twitter Authorisation, switch it back to "On" and then complete the verification procedure.
