The One-Time Password can be obtained by opening the Software Token app and clicking the “Show One-Time Password” button. Please note that the One-Time Password will become invalid after 60 seconds.

When logging into the Square Enix Account, please enter the One-Time Password when prompted. On the FINAL FANTASY XIV launcher, enter the six digit number in the optional field that says "One Time Password" before clicking on "Login".

New registrations for the Square Enix Software Tokens were closed on Tuesday 21st November 2023.
Please consider using the other available one-time password options, Square Enix Security Token (key ring type) or Software Authenticator on your smartphone.
