I tried to obtain a new Square Enix Account, but I receive a message saying, "This email address has already been registered," and cannot obtain one.

This message indicates that you have already obtained a Square Enix Account using that email. You will not be able to obtain more than one Square Enix Account per email address. We send out an automated email to the email you registered with us when you previously obtained a Square Enix Account. Please check your inbox to see if you have received an email with the following subject from us:

[Square Enix Account] Account Registration Complete.

If you have not received this email or are unable to confirm this because of a PC or mobile phone change, please contact us via the Support Centre.

Note:
The person contacting the Support Centre must be the actual customer attempting to create a Square Enix Account.
