I am receiving a “Your account has been terminated” message when attempting to log into my Square Enix account.

If you are receiving a “Your account has been terminated” message, then your Square Enix account has been terminated by SQUARE ENIX due to one of the following reasons:

・User Agreement Violation
・The account has been flagged as a Compromised Account

PLEASE NOTE:
The SQUARE ENIX Support Centre will only discuss penalties taken against an account with the account owner. If you are not the registered owner of the account, the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre will be unable to assist you or provide any details regarding an account.
