A message states that my PlayOnline ID and PlayOnline password are wrong.

Make sure that you are entering the correct PlayOnline ID and passwords. You might have mistyped a similar letter.

The most frequently made mistakes are numeric 0 (zero) and letter O (upper or lower case o), numeric 1 (one) and upper case I or lower case l, numeric 2 (two) and upper case Z , numeric 6 (six) and lower case b, numeric 9 (nine) and lower case q, etc.

If you have lost your PlayOnline ID or password and haven't transferred your PlayOnline ID to your Square Enix Account yet, please click on "This Did Not Answer My Question" below to contact the Square Enix Support directly.

If your PlayOnline account is already transferred to your Square Enix Account, you can confirm your PlayOnline ID and update your PlayOnline Password from the Square Enix Account Management System.
