The app. fails to launch.

Please consult the following checklist and try relaunching the app.:

- Try turning your system off for several minutes.

- Close any other applications that are running in the background.

- Having a large amount of data stored on your system can prevent downloads from completing normally. Deleting unnecessary data may help.

If the above suggestions do not solve the issue, then please make a note of the error message displayed on your screen and contact Apple.
