If I want to remove one of my characters and create a new one will I have to pay extra?
If you delete a character and replace it with a new one, there will be no additional fees incurred. If you wish to leave all your current characters as they are and add a new one to your roster, please perform the following steps:
1. Log in to the Square Enix Account Management System
2. From "Services and Options" choose "PlayOnline / FINAL FANTASY XI"
3. Select "Options List"
4. Select the PlayOnline ID that you wish to add a character to
5. Review the agreement displayed on the screen, and agree it its conditions to add a new character.
NOTE:
- Each additional character costs £0.70 / 1€ per 30 days.
