Access violation on game start
If you receive an access violation error when starting the game, please try the following:
1) Right-click the speaker icon in your task bar and select Playback Devices
2) Select your default sound device and open Properties
3) Select Advanced
4) Change the Default Format to 24 bit, 44100 Hz (Studio Quality) and click Apply
