Cannot launch game.

- Ensure the game disc is not scratched or dirty
If the disc is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth by gently wiping from the centre of the disc outwards, then test the game again. Note that scratched discs may permanently fail to work.
- If the disc is neither scratched or dirty, try to see if the disc runs correctly on another console. If so, and you believe there may be a problem with your console, please contact the retail outlet where you purchased it.
*sometimes problems occur on a console which prevents it from properly reading certain discs with a higher density of data even though other discs function as normal.
- Is there enough hard disk space?
If you do not have sufficient memory available to install the game, please free up enough space by deleting unnecessary data.
