On the Home screen, you will see the icon for the app you wish to remove, press and hold on the icon for a few seconds. You will see the icons on the screen start to shake. Any apps which are deletable have a small “X” icon at the top left of the icon. If you tap on this “X” icon, you are then asked if you wish to delete it and warned that deleting it will “also delete all of its data.” This means that when you remove the app all settings and saved data are removed also. To cancel the shaking icons, press the Home button.
